From first call to live site in about two weeks.

Three steps, one person the whole way, and you see your homepage before you pay anything.

How it works

Every project runs the same way, and you’re talking to the person building your site at every step.

  1. Step 1

    Discovery

A short call about your services, your towns, and the customers you want. I look at what you have now and who shows up ahead of you on Google, then build you a free demo homepage so you can see the direction before you commit to anything.

    • You: one short call
    • Cost: free
  2. Step 2

    Build

Like the demo? You approve the scope, and I design and code every page around what you sell. No page builders or templates. You review it along the way, with two rounds of revisions included, and it’s tested on real phones before anything goes live.

    • You: send content, review each round
    • Cost: 50% deposit to start
  3. Step 3

    Launch

Once you sign off, your site goes live on your domain, set up so Google and AI search tools can find it. Once it’s paid for, you own the site and its code. Hosting and small updates can be handled after, so you never have to dig through a dashboard yourself.

    • You: final sign-off
    • Cost: remaining 50%

What you pay and when

You don’t pay until you’ve seen it.

Custom builds start at $800. Here’s how that’s split up.

  1. Discovery

    $0

The call and your demo homepage are free, with no commitment.

  2. Start of build

    50%

Deposit once you approve the scope. Fully refundable if you cancel before design or development work starts.

  3. Before launch

    50%

The remaining balance, due when your site is ready and before it goes live.

  4. After launch

    $50/mo

Optional hosting and maintenance: updates, uptime monitoring, and small content changes. Cancel anytime.

Your part

What I need from you

The two-week timeline depends on these. Have them ready and the project won’t stall.

  • One point of contact

A single person who can answer questions and sign off on decisions, so nothing waits on a committee.

  • Your logo, photos, and copy

Whatever you already have. Copywriting and professional photography aren’t part of the base build unless we agree on them in writing up front.

  • Domain access

A login to wherever your domain lives (GoDaddy, Namecheap, or similar), so your new site can go live on it.

  • Quick feedback

Try to reply to each round within two business days. The faster feedback comes back, the faster your site goes live.

Ready to see your homepage?

Send your business name and town. I’ll reply within two days to set up your free demo homepage.
